Rüdiger Helbig, the FolkLaden's co-proprietor, is one of Germany's
most well respected professional banjo players, the author of banjo study
books and music CDs. Besides a busy schedule as a studio musician,
he has played banjo at concerts and festivals throughout Europe and the
world for more than 25 years and currently performs in and around Munich
with his band, The Huckleberry Five.
